Positive controls allow you to know that the reactions in your qPCR run are working right. Positive and negative controls should always be included in every run.

Each LeafWorks® Reagent Kit comes with a positive control.

ACCOMPANYING ITEMS AND KITS REQUIRED

Each positive control pairs with a specific reagent kit available. The Sex ID Positive Control pairs with the Cannabis & Hemp Sex ID Reagent Kit. The Plant Pathogen ID Positive Controls are specific to each pathogen and pair with the corresponding Plant Pathogen ID Reagent Kit. The Functional Fungi ID Positive Controls are specific to each fungi species and pair with the corresponding Functional Fungi ID Reagent Kit.
