We recommend reliable systems like the Bio-Rad CFX96, Thermo Fisher QuantStudio (5, 6, or 7+), Agilent AriaMx, and Qiagen Rotor-Gene Q, all of which support multiplexing with multiple dye channels.

Store all reagents at -20C. Note: The oligos will arrive lyophilized and can be stored at room temperature until you rehydrate at which point they should be stored at -20 with the reaction mix.
