There is no login portal to get results. Simply check the email you provided to LeafWorks with your order and look for an email from info@leafworks.com with results attached as a PDF.
Purchases are always attached to the email provided during ordering. Please double check the spelling on the emails provided for results. Also check the spam section of your email just in case! Contact us if you still don’t see results in your inbox after the turnaround time period has lapsed.
Our sex testing turnaround is 2-5 business days for orders up to 1000 plants. For sex test orders over 1000 plants, expect up to 1-2 weeks, with rolling delivery of results as they are ready. Pathogen testing takes 2-5 business days. LeafWorks Supply Chain Verification Testing takes 2-4 weeks.
If you have received an email that your samples have been received, please check the website page for the turnaround time for your purchased service. If we are outside that window, please ensure you have paid your bill. No results will be released without payment of an order in full without exception.
